Cassandra's love of art began as a small child in growing up in Toronto, Canada. Her nursery school teachers put her in the older children's art class because of her aptitude for art and craft. Her kindergarten teacher told her parents that she had never seen a more gifted child in art. She studied ink drawing, cartooning along with black and white photography in elementary school.  Her first art show was in the 8th Grade when her work was selected to be shown in a special group show for the community. In high school she studied fashion. All are still influences in her work.
            After studying Philosophy and Family & Child Studies (Psychology) at the University of Guelph, she aligned her creativity with several years of self taught professional graphic design experience and creating creative marketing campaigns. Her travels have taken her to the art galleries of France, Italy, Switzerland, Trinidad & Tobago, The United States as well as Canada’s Rockies and East Coast. She participates in art shows across North America. Cassandra believes that the energy of a space can be altered by decorating with art. Her focus is on generating images "that allow the viewer access to the present moment." Cassandra views original art as an energetic addition to a living space.
